Valunation believes in continuous improvement and we encourage and empower our staff to exceed expectations wherever possible. To ensure a consistently high standard of performance and service, we regularly scrutinise our operations and seek customer feedback .
We also provide every employee with the opportunities and advice required to ensure job satisfaction and productivity. This means we recruit and retain well-qualified professionals who are keen to offer first-class services.
By fostering a ‘can do’ attitude and providing in-house training, we support our staff in gaining the professional qualifications (through RICS) that the industry and our customers expect.
Accreditation
The ISO 9001:2015 Certification is an international standard related to quality management.
To meet the requirements of the standard, we take a systematic approach to managing our business processes. Independent third-party specialists regularly assess this approach, to ensure we continue to qualify for certification.
