Aug. 2020 : Mr A : Lewis Jones visited and he just wanted to say how impressed he was with Lewis in regards to Covid and just how polite and professional he was.
Aug. 2020 : MR DS, Tadley : The surveyor that came, Roger, was absolutely superb. I have a couple of young kids so we popped them in the garden when he came and looked around, he had the full PPE in and was great calling ahead and on arrival. Then when he came to look at the garden bits he noticed my youngest look at him strangely with his mask on. When he noticed this he started to chat to him and really put him at ease. It massively helped both my wife and I as we had been worried how he would react to a stranger in a mask on his house but he couldn't have been better. It may just seem like a small think but was massively appreciated so please pass on our thanks.
